If you are using dial up, you might have to refresh the page
two or three times for 15 to 30 minutes to get the windows media file to
download.
If you don't get the video in a couple of minutes with a fast connection then
check to see if you are in Internet Explorer 6 ( IE6 ). You do this by
clicking on help and then "about internet explorer"
If you have downloaded Internet Explorer 7 ( IE7 ) it will have turned off video
downloading. To turn it back on go to Tools, Internet Options, chose Security
Tab, find the custom level button and click on it and then find
" Display video and animation on a web page that does not use external
media player". It is under "ActiveX controls and
plug-ins". Click on the box that says "enable". Then
click on "OK" and on the popup box click "yes".
Then click on "OK" again. Refresh the page and it should work
now.
